Send the goods back

Within 14 days of your declaration, ideally well packed. You pay the return postage – unless the goods are damaged or defective. Please don’t send the parcel freight collect.

Money back

The purchase price including the standard shipping costs, at the latest 14 days after your declaration – using the payment method you paid with. We may wait until the goods are back with us or you have sent us proof of shipment.

Good to know

  • Unpacking and trying it out is expressly fine – just like in a shop.
  • The original packaging is welcome, but not required.
  • Arrived damaged or defective? Drop us a line with a photo – then we cover the return.
  • Items we make to your personal specifications are excluded.
